Upcoming Hijama (cupping) days

Hijama isn't a fast — it's an optional sunnah traditionally timed to the 17th, 19th and 21st of the Hijri month, all three shown below. sunnahfast sends just one reminder a month, the evening before the 17th, covering the whole window. Today is around 18 Rabi' al-awwal 1448 AH on the standard Umm al-Qura reckoning; if your community's moon sighting runs a day ahead or behind, shift the Hijri dates below by one day (the converter and calendar feed both have a ±1 sync setting for exactly this).

19 Rabi' al-awwal 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 19th of the month
21 Rabi' al-awwal 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 21st of the month
17 Rabi' al-thani 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 17th of the month
19 Rabi' al-thani 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 19th of the month
21 Rabi' al-thani 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 21st of the month
17 Jumada al-awwal 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 17th of the month
19 Jumada al-awwal 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 19th of the month
21 Jumada al-awwal 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 21st of the month
17 Jumada al-thani 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 17th of the month
19 Jumada al-thani 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 19th of the month
21 Jumada al-thani 1448 AH 🩸 Hijama (cupping) day · 21st of the month

This is entirely optional — cupping isn't obligatory, and skipping it is no sin. It pauses automatically for Ramadan, the same as the fasting reminders. To read the hadith behind the 17th/19th/21st tradition (quoted verbatim, with an honest note on how scholars grade them), see the Hijama blog post.
